INSTRUCTIONS

Send by email:

• Registration Document fully completed, including both the Competitors, Coaches and Officials inside said document. Officials who do not belong to the KWF organization will have to indicate the degree they have from the organization to which they belong.
• The Clubs that participate in the competition and do not belong to KWF Spain, will have to pay the following registration fees:
  • 20 € per YOUTH (14 – 15) and JUNIOR (16 and 17) competitors.
  • 25 € per UNDER-21 (18 – 19 – 20) and SENIOR (18 or older) competitors.
  • A transfer will be made to the ASOCIACIÓN DEPORTIVA DE ARTES MARCIALES DE ALCORCÓN bank account, for the total of the sum of all its competitors, indicating as concept the «Name of the Club – total number of competitors«.

Any modification that may occur prior to the championship should be notified in sufficient advantage.

At the time of the weigh-in :

• Show physical identification document like ID or Passport.
• List of Club Registrations.
• The bank receipt that proves the payment of the Registration Fee will be physically delivered .
• Underage competitors must submit the document, duly completed and signed “UNDER 18 YEARS OLD AUTHORIZATION”.
• Competitors of legal age must submit, duly completed and signed, the «DOCUMENT OF ADULT RESPONSIBILITY«.
